Hey Kev, I am very new to this career. I am a baby IT and this is my first IT step so far. I love the Videos. I used all your Level 1 key points to further develop ways to go around it. Please I just need to suggest that for future classes…Is it possible to show us the screen rather than more of your pictures in Level 2, as hands-on we need to be able to see how you navigated to the pinpoint solutions you used on the systems…especially when you were switching users to another system. To be honest with you, your video landed me my first job in the IT help desk.
