Teamviewer is plenty for me. Just make sure to set the options to ensure Windows is protected on your end, before going remote. Unless you trust the person on the other end.

Teamviewer or GotoManage payed versions are fine, if you need multiple sessions.

Teamviewer is just as good and CHEAPER. You have to pay for gotomanage per technician per month $69 per month to be exact… Teamviewer has free options and a one time fee per tech, which per year is cheaper. Oh… and they have an ipad app as well.

This is really awesome. I'm an IT Technician at a school and I would probably suggest this to my manager in the future. You can have a full inventory of devices in there which is a requirement of a school in England.

What I like about this is that it has a lot more features than you would think.
