I have a question a lot of your answers, so we explain the solutions for the user on the phone correct??? I’m starting to work at a external IT company tier 1 and we have to explain to them on the phone and not physically be there only if we need too. Do you have any tips of explaining all these technical terms and stuff to the user?

I am currently enrolling in school for an associates in computer network technician and pc repair. After I get through the course for it, surely they will teach you all this right? Like I’ll Atleast be able to do tier 1 maybe 2 after 2 years of learning in that field right? Or is this stuff you learned on the job?
