Auspex Tactics says:

CORRECTION: Sorry, managed to completely brush over that the Whirlwind Stratagem can make enemies fight last too. Can be really handy when charging multiple targets to prevent interruption, or any enemies with 'Fight First'.

shamrockboy21 says:

As a Dark Angel player I've been really enjoying using the Gladiator Reaper to get some very accurate infantry clearance. On the other hand, the Stalker can make a little bit more sense for DA since the longer range makes you less likely to need to move, thus preserving your +1 to hit. Hitting on 2s against most flyers can be very nice with those auto-cannons for just 115 points and the same wounds and toughness as the Gladiator.

Cullen Asaro says:

Im not a space marine player but man, the gladiator tanks look really nice on the table. I didnt really think they were anything too special until i saw one on a table.

JP Buencamino says:

Whats the use of the fight last strategem since you will be the one doing the charging anyway on your turn

Papa Skreeb says:

I honestly like taking the first born trio of quad las predator, whirlwind, and vindicator, competitively I swap them out for 6 eradicatiors, and 5 grav devs in a drop pod, but it’s tanks and iron hands need tanks

Sowieso Schon says:

Just occurred to me, if the gladiator lancer could switch between different shell types before shooting, the flexibility would give it something closer to a practical niche.

Colin Johnson says:

A few predators support the army nicely holding the back field objectives and screening against deep strike whilst dishing out long range firepower. Cheap enough for the job

Secondace German says:

Vindicators hold a special place in my heart… the chance to one shot a knight is just to good to pass up (despite the astronomical chances)

KuK137 says:

FW being broken pay-to-win, why I am not surprised?

uglyduckling81 says:

SGT Chronus in a 4 lascannon Predator sitting in the backfield is still the best tank in the game.

Jason D says:

gadzilla 666 says:

Did you forget about the Land Raider Achilles and Proteus? The Achilles is packing 8, S8, AP-4, Dd6 (Dd6+2 within 12) melta shots + 4 S8, AP-2, D3 shots from its Quad Launcher, and a 5++. The Proteus can offer some good deep strike denial with the Explorator Augury Web. Also your 15 points overpriced on all of the Sicarans. Remember, the hull mounted heavy bolter is included in the base price. Only the sponson mounted heavy bolters cost the additional 15 points apiece.

Kevin Huntley says:

Currently using an Impulsor to transport my Bladeguard but I did consider a Repulsor instead. They look great, but man, are they point heavy. I will make a list with it in one day. But the extra 2 units I can take instead is too tempting not to take.

Andrew says:

*Hears executioner repulsor isnt really good now as he edge highlights his fancy tank in the background *
………………Well at least it looks like a tank with it giant freaking barrel that being its heavy laser destroyer. Never understood why the rest of the tanks dont really have that.
Remember kids. Rule of cool is just as important lol

nevzilla says:

Which Space Marine Tanks am I running? Unfortunately none. I haven't bought a marine tank since they revamped the Rhino Chassis in 3rd edition and all of those received a really bad paint job over to Nurgle at the start of 8th. I just have not felt the magic for Tanks until recently and my Primaris only force simply hasn't invested in them yet. Also I miss being able to field Leman Russes as an in codex option for Space Wolves so I can't even claim I am doing that.

HighlandPhoenix says:

The whole reason to run a Whirlwind in 9th is the Suppression Fire stratagem and it is amazing! Desperately required in Blood Angels lists…

HighlandPhoenix says:

Worth running Vindicator Laser Destroyers with a Primaris Techmarine(s) close by to awaken one to improve it to 2+ to hit…also give them a HKM for another str10 shot…without invuns opponent vehicles are going to pop…I recommend running two rather than one to ensure even the toughest targets go down each turn…

jst56strong says:

I'm so incredibly bothered by the terminology. If it carries troops as a primary mission who are intended to dismount it's not a tank. It's an APC or IFV.

Mega Zaku says:

Still running two Land Raiders in my list, always a blast win or lose

IainK76 says:

SM tanks could do with a pts drop. Nothing massive, but enough so they can come closer to competinng with dreads and infantry firepower.

Steve Felten says:

Still a fan of the Vindicator I used them against a knight list, heavy d6 strength 10 shots d6 damage, yes please.

Imperial Fist says:

To be fair, I’m still gonna use the RE for 3 reasons 1. Cool 2. Don’t have anything else 3. Guns and Have you seen the price?

Billy Dee says:

But, but, but… What about the Proteus Land Raider? The original and still the "best"…

Jerk 0 matic says:

Would not mind an updated look at the super heavy options too!
